TC Hope Hacienda
TC Hope Hacienda is the first church ThornCreek started! It was started in September 2010, and had its official launch on December 24, 2010. Praise God! The goal is to reach out to South Thornton residents with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Currently, ThornCreek Church does a large FEED 5000 project every November, which is when we literally feed 5,000 people. This south end of Thornton is known to have some challenging areas including poverty. Our desire is to minister to those closest to us, which includes South Thornton. Hope Hacienda was started so that we could have a presence 365 days a week in this area. We certainly want to feed the less fortuante, but we also want to reach out to them spiritually, emotionally, and even socially. Our hope is ThornCreek Church is the hands and feet of Jesus for our wonderful friends who live just a few miles south of our main campus.
