God has given every person passions, strengths, and abilities to serve Him. In fact, we are “wired” a certain way to accomplish His purpose. We want to encourage everyone to explore areas to serve God and jump in! There is no science in discovering where you should serve. We have gifts tests, strengths test, and other great tools. But there is no substitute for courage!

Step 1 – Explore the “Ministry Opportunities Catalog”.
We will have this online soon. Please ask one of the TC staff for a copy of the catalog next time you are at church. Please note that each ministry area also includes a recommended spiritual growth stage.

Step 2 – Email us!
Email the appropriate ministry leader and let them know you are interested in serving! They will then talk to you about the next steps!

Step 3 – Explore.
You have freedom to explore ministry areas at TC. It’s a safe environment to do so! Just jump in!
